Be Fantastic Classes This curriculum covers the three commitments to kindness which is the basis of the Be Fantastic Philosophy.
These are instructions for class I of 3. Each class will discuss the importance of each commitment and give examples. One of the elements that make the Be Fantastic Philosophy so compelling is the word Fantastic. It is a very powerful word and everyone agrees that Words Matter. Fantastic is one of the kindest words there is. It is defined as unimaginably great and beautiful.
It spreads Energy, Positivity, Kindness and Love when spoken or heard. It makes you smile when you say it releasing endorphins, serotonin and dopamine in your brain which release stress. Less stress and you live longer. Science says a smile by 5 minutes a laugh by an hour. Words Matter.
Here is what we encourage everyone to say every day:
a. Have a fantastic day
b. You look Fantastic
c. You did a Fantastic job
d. I am fantastic Your students must know that it is an act of kindness to say Fantastic.
To open class we suggest that after telling them about the word Fantastic you ask them to repeat after you three statements loudly, with enthusiasm. We also suggest you close class with this, we call it the Fantastic Rally Call. You say, “class repeat after me”
(Your Country) IS FANTASTIC
now say,
WE ARE FANTASTIC
now say, “point at your neighbor while looking into their eyes and say”
YOU ARE FANTASTIC
now say
“I AM FANTASTIC”
Ask them how they feel. You can again explain about the neuro messaging units that were just released. We ask that you ask them to now take out paper and pencil and write the first commitment to kindness, any questions they may have and words they don’t understand. Explain to them this is the most important commitment in life.
Kindness Class 1
Class three begins with the Be Fantastic Rally call.
(Your country) is Fantastic We are Fantastic You are Fantastic I am Fantastic
Ask them to write down commitment
#1 BE KIND TO YOURSELF
Now go around the room and ask each child what that means to them. After that you go through these points and explain them in detail and with your life examples.
1.ACCEPT YOU AS YOU ARE.
Curly haired people want straight hair, straight haired people want curly hair. Young people want to be older, old people want to be young again.
2. ALWAYS BE POSITIVE.
Positive thinking manifests positive actions.
3. ELIMINATE NEGATIVITY.
Don’t think negative or associate with negative people, they are cancerous.
4. TRUST YOUR PECISIONS.
Every day you decide to make a left turn or a right turn, know that every turn you make is the correct turn. When you believe your turns are correct you get confidence in your decision making, with confidence comes success in life, with success comes happiness.
5. LOVE YOURSELF.
If you don’t love yourself
how can you expect others to love you, we all need love.
6. YOU COME FIRST.
I like to use this analogy. When you are flying in an airplane and the oxygen mask drops due to an emergency passengers are instructed to put the mask on first, then help others with their mask. You can’t make others happy unless you are happy, you come first.
7. YOUR OPINION OF YOURSELF IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERS.
Everyone’s opinion about you has an agenda for them. You should never be embarrased, being embarrassed means you care about what other people think of you.
8. PROTECT YOUR HEALT.
Exercise regularly, don’t smoke or do drugs, keep the right mineral balance, relax as often as possible and eat healthy. Brush your teeth often. Meditate. Living long is not as much fun if you are not healthy.
End class with Fantastic Rally Call (Your Country) is Fantastic We are Fantastic You are Fantastic I am Fantastic
