As Rene Decarte famously wrote, ” I think therefore I am”. So think young and you are, doesn’t matter what others think. Staying young in your mind in my opinion is crucial to happiness. To that end, I suggest dancing, no matter how bad you are at it. Here is me dancing in the streets in Kiev, Ukraine.
Dance, Laugh, and Be Fantastic. Remember, when you say Fantastic you FEEL Fantastic, try it, say with passion “I am Fantastic”. It works.
